Coach Marty Rogier will be entering his third year with Vincennes University as Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach in 2023-24.

During his time at VU, Rogier has coached 14 NJCAA All-Americans, three VU school record holders, 49 Top-10 All-Time school record holders and one National Champion (Julia Salvi, Women's Pole Vault).

Rogier joined the Trailblazer Track program after spending the previous three years as an Assistant Track Coach at the University of Evansville.

Rogier mainly oversaw the pole vault, long jump, high jump and triple jump athletes at UE.

During his time at Evansville, Rogier’s athletes set five school records and finished with top-nine finishes at the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Championships five times.

“I have coached track and field and trained athletes for over 35 years. During that time I have had the opportunity to train many athletes who have achieved incredible success,” Rogier said. “They have set numerous records and won championships at almost every level (local, state and national).”

“These successes have created opportunities for many to compete at high levels (college and professional),” Rogier added.

Rogier graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and is level 1 certified by United States Track and Field and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Rogier has two children, Kara Kaufmann, who is a track and field alumni from Purdue University and resides in Austin, Texas and Ryan Rogier, who resides in Denver, Colorado and is an avid snow border and motor enthusiast.
